Glen Bulled
Director
Glen Bulled brings 35 years of expertise in electrical infrastructure and renewable energy across Australia and New Zealand. Starting his career managing large-scale commercial and industrial electrical installations, Glen holds multiple electrical contractor licenses across QLD, NSW, and WA, including works completed in New Zealand — underpinning Energaʼs technical depth.
In 2007, Glen shifted focus to smarter energy systems, researching, designing, and implementing renewables that help businesses lower costs and carbon emissions. At Energa, he leads with a hands-on approach, combining solar, battery, and smart energy solutions with strategies to optimise tariffs, usage, and power quality.
This approach has delivered standout results, including helping St Paulʼs School in Brisbane cut energy costs by more than 50% through a 627 kW custom-designed system. As Australia moves toward solar and electrification, Glen ensures Energa clients are prepared for the future of energy
Stuart Pratt
Director
Stuart Pratt is Energaʼs business development manager with over 30 years of experience across engineering, technology, and energy markets. As the Sales Director he drives the companyʼs commercial strategy and partnerships, guiding clients through their renewable transition with tailored financial and operational solutions.
Previously, Stuart led growth programs at Wasco Energy and Canon Australia, supporting government initiatives and developing education programs for emerging markets like hydrogen infrastructure and dual-fuel vehicle conversions.
At Energa, Stuartʼs focus on long-term value ensures solar, battery, and embedded network projects are delivered with strong financial modelling and compliance. His commitment to innovation extends beyond Energa through distributing electric motorbikes in Southeast Queensland, reinforcing his passion for low-emission solutions.
